The apartment occupies the first floor of an ancent Stone house, it’s 200 meters from the tower, on the same garden but clearly separated so that you won’t meet anyone unless you want it. The house is 30 meters from the main square of Montecatini and it’s the only one in Town with a double access, to the main piazza with bars and restaurants and to the countryside. One bedroom is double, one has twin beds, in the living room there’s a double sofa bed.

The house is very nice and we try to make it better year after year. The forniture is welcomig, the celeings give you a sennse of warmth and intimacy, and the old stone walls recall old suggestive atmospheres.
The apartment has three beds (a double in a room and two singles in another room), in the living room, which is a common area, there is a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with the oven, washing machine, coffe maker, kettle, toster, dishes, glasses, etc.
In the bathroom there is a shower and the hair dryer. Towels and linen is provided.
On the back of the house there is a garden for the exclusive use of our guests. Here there is a barbecue and a table, so you can organize nice meals with your friends or your family.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at lesat 30 days before arrival date.
