Carved out of an old stone house, the apartment is 200 meters from the Tower and overlooks the same park, but with distinctly separate dedicated areas. It owes its name to its last owner, a village lady who left all her school notebooks in a drawer, with the indelible memory of her beautiful calligraphy. The cottage is located 30 meters from the village's main square and is the only house in the village with dual access: one to the square and one to the countryside. The strategic location makes it possible to participate in village life without taking the car but also to isolate oneself in the vast garden, with the assurance of not being disturbed. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and the living room has a sofa bed.
