Accoglienza

In cima al borgo di Montecatini, immersa in un grande parco sorge la Torre dei Belforti, una fortezza medievale trasformata in un appartamento su sei livelli: tre camere da letto, una cucina una terrazza e una cantina adibita sala comune, sala giochi e lavanderia. La Torre può ospitare comodamente 6 persone, ma possiamo aggiungere un letto in ogni stanza o più letti in una singola stanza. Gli ospiti della Torre hanno a disposizione, in esclusiva, un la piscina, l’area barbecue, una pergola e un’ampia area di giardino, più un vasto parcheggio

Nella parte bassa del nostro parco-giardino sorgono due appartamenti in una vecchia casa di Pietra, l’Orielda e l’Orielda di Sopra, che possono accogliere rispettivamente 6 e 4 persone. Gli appartamenti sono a pochi metri dalla piazza principale di Montecatini Val di Cecina, ma hanno a disposizione sul retro un ampio giardino con una pergola, un barbecue e circa 6000 metri di oliveto e alberi da frutta.

We had the best stay in the tower! We truly fell in love with the little hillside village of Montecatini Val di Cecina and the people in town (including Luca and his wife). This is one of the coolest airbnbs we've ever had the chance of staying at. The tower has the best views over the hillsides and the sunrises took my breath away.The olive tree grove, pool, and lookout area is so beautiful and peaceful. What's even better is that Luca will go above and beyond to make sure your group is comfortable. He even took us mushroom hunting (don't worry Luca, we won't take anyone else to your secret spot!). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and perfect for making dinners at home, the town is so charming and sweet and welcoming. This place is indescribable. Just absolutely beautiful and the coolest AirBNB we’ve stayed at. Luca is also an incredible host. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive. He even let us use his oven . I would highly recommend and would stay again!

Our stay in the tower will be a forever special memory. The view up the 100 or so steps to our top level perch was worth every step😀. The tiny village at the base of the tower hill is friendly and an easy stroll down - and back up. The 2 restaurants served us excellent pastas, salads and gelato lemone. Luca was available 24/7 with any sort of advice we asked for. It was a memorable 5 days - oh and - the pool: beautiful. Emilia and Luca have been wonderful hosts in this beautiful 700yrs old property. We were family of 6 and used all Tower's rooms, kitchen and beautiful olive and fruit tree garden with magnificent pool and incredible vistas. Town square, just a 3min walk is very lively in the evening. On our final night we were having a delicious dinner with family and new friends while listening to most incredible covers of Pearl Jam played live. ☺ Torre dei Belforti is an amazing place, filled with magic and positive energy... It was a great experience to be part of the history for a while, as the tower is almost 1000 years old, renovated in the perfect way for our modern life...
The host, Luca is very positive, intelligent, friendly, and was helping and supporting us all the time during our stay. The communication with him was fast and easy.
Highly recommend this great place!

☺Ein schönes  erlebnis im 3. Stock zu wohnen und gute fitness. Sehr grosses zimmer mit hohem raum, geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Dusche/wc klein und zweckmässig. Wunderschöner ausblick auf jede seite des turms. In der nacht hörten wir den wind pfeiffen, passt zu dem historischem gebäude. Non avrei mai immaginato che una torre del 1300 fosse adibita ad hotel. Esperienza unica e spero ripetibile. Accoglienza super da parte di Luca e sua moglie. Già da fuori ti rendi conto che entrerai in qualcosa di magico e così è stato. 3 sole camere, una per piano, molto grandi e calde tanto da non aver acceso il calorifero. La pietra che ti circonda e le strette e ripide scale che portano alle camere sono intervallate da piccole finestre e feritoie, ogni metro è una scoperta. Arredamento consono ad un castello. Eravamo all'ultimo piano con vista sui 3 lati sulle immense colline toscane. A disposizione anche la terrazza sul tetto. Trovo difficile esprimere a parole la sensazione che si prova.
